The school’s mission is to instill in every student the habits of scholarship and honor. ESA challenges students to develop intellectually, spiritually, and physically. The school needed a Web site which would compliment and help fulfill those educational objectives.

	Miles Perret Cancer Services is a comprehensive resource center dedicated to helping those in southwest Louisiana who are fighting cancer. The Center offers a number of services to those recently diagnosed and seeking treatment. The Center also provides programs to promote survivorship and provides emotional guidance for care givers. Since opening its doors on June 27, 2002, nearly 3,700 families have been helped.

Food offerings include standard sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi, as well as fresh Japanese tempura and teriyaki dishes.
