eHelp: Online Reference Guide for Bizzuka Clients
For quite some time Bizzuka has wanted to offer a comprehensive, self-serve, online reference guide for use by our clients. With the recent roll out of what we are referring to as “eHelp,” that day has arrived.
eHelp is not designed to serve as a training manual, but as a handy reference for clients who have attended training. Access to the guide is available via the administrative toolbar when clients login.

New Customer Service Standards
We recently updated the e-mail address for Customer Service making it is easier to remember, customerservice@bizzuka.com. We have also updated the phone system for Customer Service. After dialing our number, 337-216-4423, dial extension “3.” If you leave a message outside of normal working hours, a staff member is alerted. If you indicate that your situation is urgent, the staff member will return your call as quickly as possible.
