Lonnie Rouse has an extensive background in strategic
positions within Information Technologies spanning some 23 years. In 1999, he
was awarded a United States Patent as an inventor of an Imaging and Workflow
System.
During Lonnie’s 23 year career he has proven his ability to
become a strategic asset to Information Technology teams. He has been
intimately involved with strategic planning and management. As Director of
Applications Development, Lonnie created and implemented many strategic
applications that are currently utilized by one of the country’s largest Credit
Union Service Organizations (CUSO).
In that position, he also managed all assets of application
development including programming management, software control, database
administration, and documentation. In his capacity as the Director of Internet
Services for PSCU (Payment Systems for Credit Unions), he acted as the chief
architect for the Company's Internet customer service application.
Lonnie joined Webtank in 2000 as Chief Operations Officer.
By mastering the sometimes delicate relationship that can exist between graphic
designers and programmers, he was able to streamline production and decrease
development cycles by over 50%.
He then took over the technical design and development of
the OnDeCC Web content management platform in February 2001 and spearheaded
many of the innovations that are currently embodied in the system. It was his
redirection of the architecture that led to the modular structure of each
OnDeCC component. This modular design enables Bizzuka to develop new component
offerings within compressed time frames, often reduced as much as 90%.
For the past 10 years, he has served as Bizzuka’s Chief
Operations Officer, helping develop the systems and processes that keep the
company running at peak efficiency. Three years ago, Rouse moved back to
Florida to care for his terminally ill wife, and has since stepped into a
developer role overseeing Tracker and its implementation in the Production
department.
