CHRISTIAN VACCARI NAMED BIZZUKA CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Prominent Louisiana Business Leader Sets Sights on Exponential Growth
March 1, 2011 – LAFAYETTE, LA – Bizzuka, one of the premier web development, content management, and Internet marketing firms in the U.S., recently named Christian Vaccari as Chairman of Bizzuka's Board of Directors.Vaccari has served on Bizzuka's board since its inception in 2004.
Vaccari, of Covington, Louisiana, was one of the co-founders and former CEO of Hornbeck Offshore Services (HOS) and is currently President and owner of LEEVAC Industries, LLC, a steel fabrication shipyard located in Jennings, Louisiana. Vaccari is also Chief Executive Officer of Cari Investment Company, a private investment firm.
Founded in 2001, Bizzuka has earned a current spot on Inc. Magazine's fourth annual list of America's 5,000 fastest-growing private companies – ranking within the top ten in Louisiana, and number 1513 nationwide. Vaccari will lead a nine-member Board of Directors for the company and succeeds Dean Drummond as chairman. Drummond also began his tenure as part of the original board and is a founding shareholder; he will now continue in a director capacity.

Vaccari has a long and distinguished career in leading successful companies, including co-founder of Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. (NYSE HOS), where he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO; as well as Director and Co-Founder of Audubon Capital Fund I, LP, a private equity fund. A Masters of Business Administration graduate of Louisiana State University, Vaccari is also a past Chairman and member of the Louisiana chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
