A dedicated Project Manager guides you through the production phase. This person serves as your liaison to every other Bizzuka team member and acts as your spokesperson, coordinator, and advocate to ensure every element of the process meets your specific requirements and complete satisfaction.
In preparation for the Project Kickoff, your Project Manager gathers information about your company, your competition, your thoughts about your new website, and what you like about other sites.
"We had an amazing development experience and continue to have positive experiences with the Bizzuka team."
Before work on your site begins, you'll meet with our Content and Creative Directors for an in-depth planning session.
First, we discuss what aspects of your business to highlight and what functionalities you'd like to incorporate into the site. Each piece is then organized into an informational architecture based on best practices of web design and usability. We also audit your current content resources to identify which areas would be suitable for any copywriting or copyediting services you purchased.
Once the ideal "flow" of the site is determined, we discuss your intentions for the site's appearance. We demonstrate examples of our work
to learn what you like and dislike. We also give careful consideration to your organization's branding, colors, and themes. Site Build Design Phase
Our talented designers work from the concepts discussed in the Kickoff meeting, crafting the look, feel and overall theme of your site. Once we've prepared a homepage mockup, we review it with you and make any adjustments you see fit. After the intended appearance is spot-on, we apply the design and begin setting up the software for use on your site. Content Recommendations & Population
While the designing is taking place behind the scenes, we recommend to you the best methods for representing information in each element of your site, be it through text, images, tables, et cetera. After copywriting has taken place, we begin to plug your information and images into the relevant areas of your site. Once this phase is completed, the site is fully-functioning and ready for final review. Training
Before the site's public launch, you'll attend a training session to learn how to use OnDeCC, Bizzuka's content management system
(CMS.) OnDeCC is your site's engine and makes editing and maintenance a snap.
You'll get to try out applications and experiment with which ones work best for your business before the switch is thrown and your site goes live. This gives you the ability to review the site in detail, and make any final edits or additions before revealing it to the public.
As you complete the final touches, your Project Manager is always on hand to answer questions before the site goes live.
