Project Management

You are guided through the production phase by your very own Project Manager your "Bizzuka Guardian Angel". From this point forward, your Project Manager (PM) is your liaison to every other Bizzuka team member. They act as your spokesperson, coordinator, and advocate to ensure every element of the process is done to your specification and satisfaction.

We start off by gathering more information from you. Information to better know your Company, your thoughts about the new website, your competitors, sites you like (and why) so that we can do a little bit of research before we get started. Your Project Manager will collect these thoughts from you and also any other materials you already have. We want your website to fit your company and your existing brand. This helps us prep for our two-phase kickoff Content Kickoff and Design Kickoff.

We love our new website and have gotten rave reviews about it thus far. Atalie was great and I have to say that we were amazed that we could get such a site up and running within the timeframe that we did. It was a pleasure working with everyone from Bizzuka.

Content

The first meeting you will attend will be the Content Kickoff where you work with our Content Director, who crafts the informational architecture of your site. Using our expertise, best practices of web usability and search engine optimization tricks, we help build a site structure that will be easy to navigate. We discuss ways to make your marketing and business objectives translate into the information found on your new website.
 
As we learn more about your business, and build a preliminary site map, we can ID what we need from you to help populate your site. Organizing information that looks professional and easy to find; compelling your visitors to know more about you.
 
This will help us to build a Content Report that serves as an outline for what work needs to be done moving forward to populate the new website. Our Content Team works hard to layout information in an easy, interesting way choosing from our 100+ patented apps, giving you the flexibility and scalability your business needs in a website.

Creative

Once your content structuring map is finalized, your Project Manager sets up a meeting with our Creative Director called a "Design kickoff". In this phase of your project, the "look and feel" of your website is the focus. You will be part of a creative brainstorming session where your visual preferences, branding, logos, and other ideas are discussed and understood. You will gather Design materials identified in this meeting to help with your Design. Using all of this info, our Creative Team builds an initial mockup of your new homepage and presents it to you. All of our designs go through a revision process to ensure that it meets your company's objectives and everyone's satisfaction.

Once we have a design that you're excited about, we implement your design onto our software to create a fully functioning website. Our Content Team then is able to populate the site with your delivered Content assets. Once all of the pieces are in place, reviewed by your Project Manager and our Creative Director, the site is presented to you!
 

Training

Before revealing the site to the public, we have all of our clients attend a training session with one of our Training Specialists to learn how to use the Content Management Software.

You will be learning on your actual site where you will get to try out the applications and experiment with which ones work best for your business before the switch is thrown and your site goes "live". This gives you the ability to review the site in detail, make any final edits or additions before revealing the site to the public.

It's GREAT! What was most impressive was the training session. Again, there was a lot of anxiety on our part going in. I suspected we would reach maximum information overload in the first few minutes of the meeting and then we would go to a complete, glazed look. It didn't happen. We came, we saw and we learned. Again, your staff was great. The three hour or so training session went by in a flash and it was most impressive. I can't say enough. You have sold me on your product and we're your biggest supporter.
