CEO & Co-founder Leaves Antares to Spearhead New Technology Development at Bizzuka

January 12, 2010 – LAFAYETTE, LA – Bizzuka, Inc ( a leading provider of Web publishing and content management tools, today announced that Michael Moles has joined the company as Executive Vice-President. In this newly-created role, Moles will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of multiple departments related to product development and the delivery of new technology.

“We’ve been on a nationwide search to find someone to help us bring to the market some revolutionary products in the Web communications space,” said Bizzuka CEO John Munsell. “Our task was to find someone with the right kind of experience, someone who has built a successful organization, led multiple development teams and who has bought very sophisticated applications to market. To find someone of Mike’s caliber in our own backyard was truly amazing.”

Since 1988, Moles has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Antares Technology Solutions, Inc., the software technology development company he co-founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Moles was instrumental in the growth of Antares from a small two-man shop to a multi-million dollar software development enterprise. The company remains one of Louisiana’s largest and most respected software development firms. Under Moles’ leadership, Antares was named a Microsoft ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Inner Circle Partner, one of only 300 companies worldwide to earn such a distinction.

“After spending 21 years doing mostly consulting services and custom development, I felt my heart being pulled back toward product development,” said Moles. “Having developed multiple products over the years for companies like Symantec, Fifth Generation Systems and US Robotics, I wanted to be part of that excitement again. I knew my background with product development could really help make a difference at Bizzuka in helping shape the products as well as the development team.”

“What we have planned for new products is truly incredible. At the same time it’s also very challenging. I enjoy challenges and am really excited about the cutting edge things we’re developing here at Bizzuka,” concluded Moles.

In addition to his work with Antares, Moles has been active in area technical councils, economic development efforts, and government technology initiatives. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and is former president of the Baton Rouge Technology Council (BRTC), a former chairman of the Information Services Cluster of the Capital Region Competitive Strategy, and a former Association of Louisiana Technology Companies (ALT-C) Board Member.

Moles officially began his duties with Bizzuka on January 4, 2010.
