The company is pleased to welcome Business Development Coordinator Tracie Ysaguire, Client Relations Specialist Natasha Melder, Customer Service Representative Brenna-Slowey Thomas, and Business Development Executive Michael Thriffeley.

Michael began his career as an Account Executive with the New Orleans Hornets. In this role, he acquired $2 million in annual corporate season tickets. He then served as Director of Small to Medium Business Sales at the Receivables Exchange, an online Accounts Receivables brokerage. He sold theirClockwise from Top Left – Ysaguire, Melder, Slowey-Thomas, Thriffiley receivables financing solution to companies between $2 and $50 million in revenue.
Brenna is an experienced Emergency Services Operator for Clay Electric Cooperative. In that capacity, she fields customer calls, generates service orders, explains bills and charges, and helps set up new accounts. She’s also a student at the University of Florida where she studies Business Administration.

Natasha has developed marketing and project management experience throughout a varied professional career. As an Account Executive for the Shreveport Mudbugs Hockey Club,she sold season tickets to corporate account-holders and planned community involvement and promotional events for the team. From 2009 until the present, she served in various capacities for Remington College and Bossier Parish Community College. At these organizations, her work involved supporting the curricula with job placement, community outreach, and hiring of continuing education instructors.

For over 15 years, Tracie has worked in business-to-business Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Public Relations. She began her sales career on the ground floor of the wireless telecom boom of the 1990’s with Bellsouth Mobility/Cingular Wireless, now ATt&T Mobility. Her participation in a pilot program for email/data solutions, where she witnessed the explosion of mobile technology, galvanized her interest in tech for life. Now, she’s an avid social media participant and consultant to her friends and family.
