Can you turn copy into customers?

We have immediate needs for creative Copywriters who are experienced at and passionate about crafting compelling, original content. You'll be writing copy that summarizes, engages, introduces, and educates visitors.

The end goal, of course, is to convert those visitors into leads or customers. The type of Copywriters we're looking for can skillfully craft copy that represents the perfect balance between content copy and direct response copy.

You will work with our marketing strategy team to better understand project expectations, produce content with the needs of our clients in mind, participate in the brainstorming process, and conduct research to develop or support your writing.

You should also be prepared to assist with other aspects of the creative process, such as the visual aspects of optimizing landing pages for conversions.

To be a successful Copywriter, you should have exceptional research, writing, and grammar skills; coupled with the ability to take constructive feedback and continuously upgrade your writing in order to maximize results for our clients.

We are not looking for writers merely seeking to be clever and witty.

We are looking for talented writers who are focused on maximizing website conversions and lead generation for our clients. The final judge of your effectiveness boils down to one thing: did you move the needle for our clients in the right direction?

What Would be Your Responsibilities?

Here are a few for starters:

  • Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.
  • Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
  • Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
  • Learning about the target audience for copy.
  • Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate, and actionable content.


You may not necessarily need a bachelor’s degree in English or Communications, but you darn-well better have some serious marketing and writing chops. Tell us how you've learned your craft over the years and what you're doing to keep your axe sharpened. We'll want you to provide specific examples of your best work along with supporting metrics that show the results of your writing wizardry.

You should have strong communication, research, and typing skills. You need to be creative, resourceful, flexible, motivated, and punctual.
