But we’re not just looking for any type of salesperson. We’re looking for 10X mindset salespeople. If you don’t know what a 10X mindset is, then this probably isn’t the spot for you.

Are you looking for a sales job with a six-figure potential and willing to do whatever it takes to get there?

Bizzuka is closing in on 20 years in web-based software development and online marketing. We’ve made the Inc 5000 list three times, and we are anxious to make our way to the top of their list. Are you the kind of salesperson that wants to be the top performer on our list?

To be a top performer at Bizzuka, you need to understand what makes businesses tick. You need to have a good grasp on web technology, business processes, and digital marketing. You need to be able to walk into multi-million dollar companies and rapidly assess their pain points, identify their dream world outcomes, and then position Bizzuka as the source to take them from their current state of operational hell into their ideal vision of heaven.

You’ll then work with our tech team to create a well-thought-out proposal that solves the prospect’s problems, review it with the prospect, and then close the deal. Not just any deal. These are 6 and 7-figure deals. If you can’t fathom anyone paying $50,000 to $1.5 million for a website, a piece of custom software, or an ongoing digital marketing engagement, then you’ll need to get some experience elsewhere and then check back with us.

You’ll be doing more than just selling. You’ll be the consultant that reveals to businesses things that have escaped their attention for years, if not decades. You’ll show them how to become more profitable and more efficient by leveraging the techniques and services that Bizzuka has perfected over the past 20 years. You’ll quickly open their eyes to new possibilities. They’ll hear things from you they’ve never heard from our competitors, they’ll know you speak the truth, and they’ll see you as their most trusted advisor.

We’ll provide some leads, initially, but you’ll need to generate most of your own leads to prove yourself worthy. We’ll train you and give you the script for calling and selling, but you’ll need to put forth the effort to make things happen. Once you demonstrate that you can generate leads and close them, we’ll start funneling you more and more warm leads from our highly effective external marketing efforts.

Qualifications? Sure, we’ve got a few:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in software sales, marketing or customer relations
  • Must be a self-starter, a people person and be able to tell a decent joke
  • Must love any combination of BBQ, Cajun food, hunting, fishing, or college football (Alabama fans will require extra scrutiny)
  • Must have computer competence in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be eager to learn, grow, teach, serve, and create fun
  • Must know what a CRM is and how to use one
  • Must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of a keyboard and possess the ability to type with all 10 fingers
  • Possessing key account contacts is a plus
